The Bluetooth ESL system is built on a simple and flexible Bluetooth (BLE) communication architecture, enabling direct interaction between mobile devices and electronic shelf labels without the need for a traditional gateway.
At the core of the Bluetooth ESL system, a mobile phone acts as the control terminal. Through a dedicated application, users can create, edit, and manage display content such as prices, product information, QR codes, and promotional messages.
The content is then transmitted via 2.4G Bluetooth (BLE) to the 13.3 inch electronic shelf labels within communication range. Each e-paper label receives the data wirelessly and refreshes the e-paper display accordingly.
